REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

If your cruise cannot dock or the tour cannot proceed due to weather conditions, a 100% refund will be issued within 7 days of the scheduled tour date.

  • Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancel at least 30 days in advance: No cancellation fee.

  • Cancel between 15 and 29 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancel within 14 days of the scheduled departure: 100% cancellation fee.

  • For the Magdalena and Marta Islands Tour, a full refund is available if you cancel at least 60 days before the excursion. After that, a 50% refund applies.

Pricing & Inclusions/Exclusions

Prices listed on our website are per person, unless otherwise specified.

Please note that price quotations are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed.

Prices do not include tips/gratuities for tour drivers or local guides, or any beverages or food not specifically listed in the itinerary. A 10% gratuity is recommended and appreciated in Chile.
